Beckie was friendly & helpful. She got us set up for service with a couple days. They came out & were on time. The guys were courteous & did a great job. Gutters are clean & no mess left behind. We will definitely be using their services again!!

Pressure washed pool deck, driveway and walk way to front porch. Excellent work - could not believe how good it looked. Frank and Beckie are very professional and friendly. Getting a quote was fast and scheduling was easy. This is the 2nd time we’ve used them - will call them again when it’s time to clean the driveway/pool deck again.

After three attempts to pressure wash my driveway, I am left with some acid washed concrete and some still stained, killed grass from the acids they used. I wish I went with a different contractor.

Beckie and Frank are very professional. The quoting process was simple and they delivered on what they promised. Their service tech showed up right on time (with a call before arriving) and did exactly what was expected.

Our experience with Pressure Wash Carolina was fantastic start to finish! I filled out the quick quote on their website and it ended up being the better deal of the quotes I got, so I called to get everything set up. I spoke with Beckie initially who was very nice and extremely professional. We were lucky to get a spot on their schedule within a week. Our HOA had noticed some mildew spots on our exterior siding, and Beckie let me know they'd contact our HOA on our behalf to notify them that our house was being taken care of. GREAT SERVICE! Hands free on my part dealing with the HOA. My husband was at home at the time of service and said the guys washing the exterior did great, and even got to meet the other owner, Frank, who was at another house on our street. He said the same thing about Frank - that he was professional and great to talk to. When I got home I walked around the house and it looked so clean. No signs of any pressure damage (they don't use high pressure washers) and all mildew, grit and grime was completely gone. I've focused a lot on professionalism and customer service in this review, but to me that counts for a lot. I've tried to make contact or get quotes with various house services over the last year and some don't bother to call back, and some certainly don't communicate in the manner that a business owner should, and I feel like all the work is on me to get information. That wasn't the case here. Frank and Beckie are the most professional, customer-service oriented service I have spoken with! Highly recommend!

After a scheduling issue the first time, everything went fine. We have some high gutters and sloping ground. They easily dealt with a difficult job.

They did a great job. They showed up on time and had the job done by mid-day. I was particularly impressed with the work they did on our back deck. It looks great and you can tell they were careful not to hurt the paint or wood.

They were scheduled to pressure wash my home the week before,but ran into mechanical problems. They contacted me as soon as possible to inform me that they would not be able to start work that day. They responded the following week and did a get job. They are punctual, professional and friendly. They even took time to play with my dog, who wanted to greet them. I appreciate that you can be contacted my text, email or phone. I am usually pretty busy with work, so text works best for me. I will definitely do business with this company again.
