They originally installed my solar panels in 2019. Everything was good until 2023/24 I asked them to come look at roof panels as my roofer said he thought the leak was coming in at the leg is the last panel. I called them said they send someone out on Friday, never turned up. Called again a while later after more rain, ceiling in master bedroom was getting worse. Again no response! 4:5 times they dont turn up, answer calls or texts. This is just shocking to me how a company stays in business!!! I finally found another company after 5 calls I got another company to call me back. They came out but it cost me $2000 to get a leg of panel sealed. They said this is very common and they find either straight after install or about 4 years later it happens and probably more like it. I could not afford more work. There must be something we can all do about these situations. So many complaints on here. Suggestions?
