We had a lot of mildew coming through the tile in our bathroom so CPR installed a fan and a switch by the shower that has really helped the mildew. He also fixed our thermostat and noticed that we also had mildew near the roof of our home and he has agreed to come out and fix that. My husband and I have been very pleased with Paul's services, he gave us more information about our home that we never knew. Very good attention to detail, very pleasant, very proactive about the work he does.
