"We truly apologize for the problems that you have had on the job. While there are always the potential for problems, there were too many, and some were preventable. We are working internally to solve the issues that were preventable, and while it does not make the process any easier for you, we are committed to solving these types of things moving forward. Our commitment is that we will perform the work, and correct any concerns or deficiencies to achieve the end product that was promised. We believe that the end result of the work done, while arduous for you in the process, has been achieved. If this is not the case, please let us know. Once again, we apologize for the substantial inconvenience, and at times unprofessional impact to your family, and offer not excuses and only apologies."
"Glad we could help you out in your time of need."
I was thoroughly impressed with the technician in the mitigation phase. He was professional, pleasant and explained what he was doing and why. I could not ask for better service. Please see my upcoming review for ServiceMasters actual rebuilding/renovation. This has been a very different experience.

"We are really grateful that you let us help you out. We always strive to get an "A" rating, and I regret that we did not earn that here. I would love the opportunity to learn what we could have done to earn the A, so that we can do better next time or with the next customer. Please feel free to contact me in the most convenient way for you, whether by phone or email. Thanks again for your business."
