AWESOME!!!! I am so grateful to them. They are knowledgeable, honest and very patient. I'm a senior citizen with very little computer experience - they took the time to help me and not treat me like child. Will never go to anyone ever again...

My experience with McKinney Computer Services Inc. was terrible. They misdiagnosed the problem and wasn't able to fix it. I took it to a different company and they said McKinney gave a completely wrong diagnosis. When I complained about it, they didn't do anything to help. They just stopped talking to me.

McKinney Computer Services, Spruce Pine, N.C., diagnosed my computer problem as a bad videocard which needed to be replaced for a charge of $78.00, which they did after a two week wait. The computer still had the same problem and when I called to ask about further repair, they said they were busy with commercial accounts and didn't know when they would get to my computer. I took the computer to a different repair shop and discovered the problem was not the videocard, but rather the power supply and the videocard was good. McKinney didn't charge much but they didn't fix the problem and misdiagnosed it.
