They are okay, they are not great. The time we signed up, they were doing 5 year contracts, which we are not super excited about, but we should have just said no.

They are pretty good. They are a monitoring service. I like everything that I can do, like arm and disarm on my phone. I have had the alarm go off accidentally, and they have called right away.

I've been using them for 2 years. They called once to see how things were going. The alarm system will go off sometimes because I open the door without thinking. One time I called because I had problems with it not working and he told me to change the battery. I told him that I was an old woman and I didn't know anything about it and that I wanted someone to come out. That was my one pet peeve with them. The same guy that installer it came out the next day. He was very professional and very nice. He told me what he problem was. He was delayed a little bit but he called me. It is working properly now and I haven't had any issues with it.

I wanted to start up new service, using existing parts from new construction and add additional sensors for better protection. I had experience with alarm companies and know how much stuff really costs. Well, after interviewing a couple of different companies I decided to go with this company and have no regrets. They were on time and budget, the contract was exactly what was expected, the install was clean and timely and although I didn't originally want remote access, I am glad I got it. No false alarms yet. No problems configuring users, settings myself. Would recommend to others.
