 + 1 moreJoe Bulgario subcontracts for the Electrical. He is a great carpenter. He is a great general contractor. He can be trusted. If he says he is going to do something he will do it. He gives a fair estimate. He won't take the full price until after it is done, and you are satisfied. He tells you about all the options and lets you make up your own mind.
Description of Work: Joe Bulgario subcontracted the electrical work but supervised it, and did the roofing.
