They were very nice. Their prices were lower.

My sewer line was cracked from a air conditioning guy who stepped on it and would not pay for it. I called for estimates and everyone gave me huge estimates. I called this company and he made me feel eveything was going to be ok and that he would be out to my house first thing in the morning and they were. Very nice and great service would recommend to anyone. I will call them out again when I want to add a bathroom downstairs.

I was in the process of renovating my hallway bathroom, when realized that I could not replace the faucet, due to the fact that it was connected to the water lines with permanet copper tubing. As opposed to the new detachable metal or pvc tubing with built in shut off valves. I called around for price qoutes and was told since it was a weekend I would pay around $125-$150. I decided to go with B W Plumbing because they were the most professional and courteous over the phone. Even though they were not the cheapest qoute in the above range. The actual job took less then 30 minutes to complete. I do have to mention that I had stripped my bathroom bare, minus the bathtube and the actual water supply lines still attached to the faucet. B W took that into account and charged me only $95. That is still alot of money, but a bit less then if I had gone with any of the other companies. Also, as I mentioned earlier they were completely courteous throughout and professional. When many of the other companies made me feel as if I was putting them out, since it was a weekend or just because.
