It was a horrible experience. The agent we dealt with (whose name I'll leave out for fear of being taken to court for slander) rushed us through the process of seeing houses. When we asked to see re-sales, he made excuses which we later found out were lies. Once we finally showed interest in a new construction house and made an offer, he acted like we were amateur idiots and laughed at our offer without even trying it. He was obviously connected somehow to the builder, and already knew what an acceptable offer was without coaching us along through the process. We were extremely uncomfortable through the whole process and couldn't wait to close on the process because the whole time we felt like the agency was taking advantage of us.
Description of Work: This real estate agency is corrupt. They will only show you new construction houses within the community, and have no interest in showing you re-sales (which tend to be more economical). They also use the gate on their community to their advantage and block outside real estate agencies from coming in. This agency makes false promises about commercial developments that will never be built (i.e. Harris Teeter, Panera) and will lie through their teeth about how great the new houses are when the existing houses are a better purchase.
