August 29th I met with Patrick of Blair Maintenance at my home to obtain a quay for work to be performed on the roof of my home. We walked around the perimeter of mu home and I bought to his attention the sag in the middle of my roof. I explained that there were no leaks I just wanted the sag to be repaired. He stated the wood beneath the shingles had probably rotted and by replacing the wood would remove the sag. The quote to complete the work was $3800 plus $50 per sheet of plywood that exceeded the first two sheets. I accepted his quote and he agreed to return the following week to repair the roof. September 10th the work was performed. While at work I received a call from Patrick that he was leaving and his men were on my roof completing the repairs. When I returned home I immediately saw that there was no visual difference in the appearance of my roof. However, I did notice the new shingles. I immediately called Patrick and expressed my dissatisfaction. He agreed to come to my home the next day to discuss it. September 11th I met with Patrick at my home. At that time he told me there were rafters that needed to be replaced in my roof. I asked him why wasn't I informed this prior to putting new shingles on my roof. If he knew that replacing the shingles would not correct the sag then why didn't he recommend rebuilding the rafters before putting new shingles down. He couldn't explain. I asked him what would be required of me to have his company fix my food as we originally discussed. He stated he would finish the roof to my satisfaction and rebuild the rafters. The only charge to me was wood and 1/2 the cost of labor. He estimated it would be no more than $200. He wrote that statement and signed the original contract. Because i believed that he genuinely wanted to make the repairs and finish the work I paid him $3000 because he agreed to complete the work the following week. My roof was never completed by this company. I was forced to hire another contractor to fix their botched work and make the repairs that I originally requested from Blair Maintenance.

As far as our experience is concerned, Blair Maintenance did a wonderful job with the process from the beginning to the end. All of the equipment and products that they installed have been really professionally done, and it looks good. We are very happy with our bathroom. It was quite an experience to see it transitioned and changed the way they did.

We were very pleased with the work and quality we received. The job looked great at about half the price we had been given on estimates with other companies. Once we hired Blair Maintenance for the job I felt as if I didn't have to stress over it any more they were going to take care of it for us.

This went smooth and easy. I was helping my mom with getting estimates to repair her deck and porch. I had received estimates from other companies and I was very please with the price we were quoted . They were very helpful with directing us to the best way to go with her repairs . We are very pleased with the quality and value we received . I highly recommend Blair Maintenance to anyone.
