"Fountain Services is disappointed that [member name removed] now regrets the pricing he agreed to 10 months ago as evidence by his signature on the work order. He also had the opportunity to rate our performance at the time of completion which he declined as you can see on the attached documentation. We would have been happy to address the issues [member name removed] stated, however the first we were notified or heard about the issues was from Angie’s List in August of 2014. We stand behind our work, thus is there are any warranty issues we will be glad to take care of those until October 25, 2014 as that will be a year from the completion date ending our warranty. [member name removed] hired Fountain to change the panels, not to make upgrades to inadequate and poorly installed work elsewhere in his house. If Fountain had been notified of any issues regarding its work, Fountain would have gladly repaired at no additional charge."
