Jimmy and his crew removed and replaced the roof in 3 days. I spoke with 5 contractors and received 5 bids before awarding the job to Willis Construction. Of the 5 bids, two were overpriced compared to the other three. Of the three that were similar, Jimmy provided the most thorough listing of services to be provided. I had to contact each of the others for more information. Jim is pleasant and efficient and I will recommend him to others. You won't be disappointed with Willis Construction for your roofing needs. Willis Construction replaced my roof this week and from start to finish, it could not have been easier. I interviewed 4 companies before hiring them and 8 days later, I have a new roof. Mr Willis showed up when he said he would; answered his phone/text messages; followed the schedule he promised; his crew was a hard working no-nonsense respectful group of men who did not leave until all debris was cleaned-up; and the follow through at completion by Mr Willis personally was spot on and appreciated. All of this for a fair and reasonable price. Thank you Jimmy Willis and crew!!

I highly recommend Willis Construction Company. It was very evident that Jim had high expectations for himself as well as for his team. Jim came by several times to check on things and after the roof was done he came by several additional times to make sure there were no nails left in the yard. The job was done in a timely manner and it looks fantastic.

Sold our house and had a few small things to fix on the roof and called a couple of other roof repair companies but they didnâ t seem interested because it wasnâ t a big job. Willis Construction was referred to us , called him , promptly came out and gave an estimate and repaired it the same week. Jimmy is a local guy who has been in Southport for a while . We had a GREAT experience with Jim Willis and Willis Construction. They were very punctual during the planning phase and listened to my ideas and expectations. The quote was exact, and the execution of the work was fast, and far superior to what I had pictured. As a DIY guy, I tend to be super critical of work I don't do myself, but in this case I was amazed that they went above my expectations!!
