STEWART'S HARDWARE, GARDENS, & TOOL RENTAL

My wife and I needed to rent a tiller for the weekend. I called the store just before closing as we would be traveling 4hours the next day. The woman who answered the phone (did not get her name) was pleasant and helpful. She explained the features and rates clearly. She even checked the local weather for the weekend for me. Then she took my info for the rental. A great experience, as most would have just said yes we have tillers for rent and call back when we reopen. Once I got to the store i was directed to the service dept. At that point the service staff was professional and carefully showed me all the operating controls and helped me load the unit. The tiller worked better than I hoped for. When returning the unit i was met at my truck and helped unloading. In closing a great store with great service.

I went to Stewart's to have a propane tank filled for my gas logs. The young man who filled my tank got it out of my car, filled, it, and put it back in my trunk for me, it was so nice to not have to lug that tank around. While my tank was being filled, I wandered around the store and ended up buying a basketful of odds and ends. They have a lot of interesting and useful things and it is hard to resist impulse buying.
