 + -1 moreI use them once a year. They're the best carpet cleaners in the Southport, NC area, but pricey and most times I have to call for them to return and get spots they missed the first time. That's annoying. They are great people to deal with.

 + -1 moreThe whole experience was very positive.
Description of Work: Three bedrooms and halls and bonus room were cleaned. Pricing was by the square foot for carpet cleaning. The technicians were friendly, prompt and did a very good job. They moved dressers and cleaned under them. All furniture was put back in place with plastic blocks underneath the legs for the air to circulate and dry the carpet. One pet stain that I had little hope of being removed was successfully cleaned. I would definitely use this company again.

 + -1 moreThey arrived promptly when they said they would and began working on the tiles and grout. These floors had at least 17 years of build-up from big dogs, many visitors, and a sloppy husband. When they finished, except for a few places where the grout has been missing for years, the tile and grout look like brand new! They are nice, friendly, and very professional people who know what they're doing, and do the job in a very short time. I would not consider ever hiring anyone else!!! They are A+ all the way!
Description of Work: They cleaned the tile and grout in my kitchen and laundry room. After finishing that, they cleand the tile and steps on my front porch.
