I use them once a year. They're the best carpet cleaners in the Southport, NC area, but pricey and most times I have to call for them to return and get spots they missed the first time. That's annoying. They are great people to deal with.

They arrived promptly when they said they would and began working on the tiles and grout. These floors had at least 17 years of build-up from big dogs, many visitors, and a sloppy husband. When they finished, except for a few places where the grout has been missing for years, the tile and grout look like brand new! They are nice, friendly, and very professional people who know what they're doing, and do the job in a very short time. I would not consider ever hiring anyone else!!! They are A+ all the way!
