Jeff installed ceramic tiles in the kitchen, foyer and bathrooms.  He also removed the old tub/shower units and replaced them.  This required a bit of work because the newer units are not made for these older structures...but he worked on it until he found a way to "make it work".  He also removed old carpeting from both bedrooms and installed laminate, which matched what was in our living area.  Jeff did many little "odd jobs", also, like installing a hydraulic door closer, adjusting door jambs so the doors would actually close and remain latched, replaced and older chandelier with a new one and painted both bathrooms, as well.  The transitions were problematic due to the un-levelness of our floors but, again, Jeff put his expertise to work and found a "fix" for all areas.  Jeff is the consummate professional.  You can't go wrong!

The room over our garage had insulation, an mini-split HVAC unit and carpeting before the renovation.  It also had some drywall that had been patched together to protect the insulation from our 4 hound dogs and the occasional golf club swing.  It had been used primarily for storage.  Jeff helped design a room that included  huge storage closet to take care of the stuff that we did not purge.  He completed framing of the closet and prepared the room for sheetrock.  He arranged for an excellent electrician to prewire the room, moving lighting, adding electric and ensuring that the room met code by connecting it to the smoke detection system.  The old sheet rock was so bad, that they went right over it.
Our home has deep baseboards and curved corners in the sheetrock.  The media room has unusual barrel dormers.  Jeff matched the trim with the rest of the house and even got the barrel dormers to work with curved sheetrock corners.  They are beautiful.  Jeff covered the original 3 rough stairs with beautiful oak that matches the main staircase.  The doors and door hardware match the rest of the house.  He took care of every detail.  He also did all the painting, with 2 coats and sanding.  I suspect that this is better than the rest of the house!!
After all the construction, the wall to wall carpet, original to the room is clean and looks brand new, like the rest of the room.  

Jeff is creative and and an excellent collaborator. He is willing to listen and consider what you want and in the end you have something better than the idea you started out with. He takes great pride in his work and is a craftsman whose creativity and attention to detail made our house a standout with lots of character. I loved working with someone who could think out of the box to build something quite special. He also suggested changes that we hadn't thought of but love.. one being vaulting a 7 foot ceiling to open it up and make the whole area feel larger. Another was a simple move of the front porch steps that gave us a functional seating area instead of just a path to the front door. We pretty much use Jeff for all our projects unless he feels it's something out of his area of expertise and even then he has brought in others. His professionalism is reflected in that and his strict abidence to building codes and inspections which I appreciate.

Jeff (the owner) did a wonderful job on the construction of the pergula/ deck. It took him about a week to finish the project. He was very meticulous in all aspect of the work. He drew out a design of the project for my approval before even starting the project. I am very happy with the job and am planning on hiring him again for other house projects. The cost was very reasonable when considering the cost of lumber and labor. When I had some concerns about the wood weathering in, he came back to check it and make sure it was still ok. Jeff really stands behind his work.

This job was a personal sacrifice. It took 3 weeks, and he commuted every weekend to go back home. Completely transformed the look of the condo from an old retro 1970's look to a new modern style. After completing his work our condo sold within a matter of months. This addition completely changed the feel of the condo!
