While the women in the front office were a pleasure to work with, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I went in for my first time with a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was surprised to hear their master mechanic, Hugo advised that I needed new windshield wipers, as I had just had them changed for a high end brand LAST WEEK. He proceeded to tell me -once I questioned his recommendation, that a pine needle was stuck under one and had bent the rubber causing it to streak. He said he removed the needle and saw it had bent the rubber. I was not satisfied with his reasoning, but they removed the extra $40 charge as they said my wipers are special order. So I let it go and left. On my way home, I used my wipers and fluid to test his theory. And I found, he hadn’t even removed the pine needle. So how then, did he know it was damaged and needed to be replaced? And why say I needed to purchase two NEW blades when the pine needle was only under one? I removed the needle myself and there are no streaks. They are working perfectly as any new item should. So my bill with them would have been over $160 ... when in all reality it was only $125 for the services I requested. Note to automotive shops- please don’t assume that because we are women we are not wise to these types of shenanigans. It really is a shame, because the office staff are extremely pleasant and efficient. The turn around time for the work was top notch. But I will not be returning and neither will the person that suggested this shop as I have informed them of this incident.

Very professional, and skilled staff. They kept me informed at every step of the repair. I do most of my own work and I had figured this repair should cost around $425.00-$475.00. The battery was a little expensive, however I'm used to Wall-Mart brand and this is a higher quality battery.
