Apex Professional Window Cleaning

Scott was delayed on another job so arrived and hour late, too late in the day to do the windows so they were omitted by mutual consent. He offered to return and do the windows, but I told him I would do them. They arrived at 2 pm. They brought the appropriate equipment and there were two of them working. My house is a two level place of 2,200 square feet with a deck in the front, a small deck in the back and an outside shower. They did a very good job and the house looks a lot better. They brought a truck with a large water tank but hooked into and used my water to continuously refill the tank. When I queried about using my water, he said that it couldn't be done any other way. I am on city water so expect to get a large bill. I asked if the price could be reduced as they were using my water I was told "absolutely not". They worked hard all afternoon and did a good job on my house. The driveway and walkways were done very well as well as the house. Some of the paint came off (small amounts) of my painted deck, but that is not to be unexpected and I can easily retouch it. He even cleaned out a couple of gutters for me that were impacted . One had a dead animal in it. He threw it over my fence into the woods in back of my house, my property. I would have rather he put it into a bag and into my trash or taken it away to dispose of it. Over all they worked hard and did a good job. From a customer service perspective, they should have called if they were going to be late, they should have properly disposed of the animal, and in checking around (I recently moved into the area) they are on the high side for a house the size of mine. Also, I inquired if he had insurance and he told me he did, so that needs to be changed on Angies List. The reason I checked that I would not use the service again is the price. I am a senior on a limited pension. If you can get a better price, they do a very good job. They arrived at 2:00pm and finished up around 8:30 pm. impac
