From the start I found the owners, Maureen and Fran to be very professional and knowledgeable of the proper way to clean a house. They both came to meet me at my property, went over everything with me in person and provided a estimate the next day. I found their price in line with what I had paid our previous housekeeping service with whom I had a very bad experience and fired. The person they scheduled for my cleaning, Veronica did a fabulous job! I am extremely particular and fussy, and I feel A Clean House goes the extra step to be certain that they have provided the best person to do the job. I have had the need to use their services twice so far and I plan to continue to have them clean my rental for the 2014 season.

My mother-in-law had used the "St. James Ladies" for her move-in about 3 years ago so I called them for a regular cleaning on our office building.  Two ladies showed up and negotiated the details.  I had requested 2 people to clean but they could only provide 1 on a regular basis.  The lady that actually cleaned was super friendly and very helpful but the job was too big for one person.   It was frustrating not being able to talk to the actual person that was cleaning and only communicating with intermediary.  There were multiple scheduling issues and there was a lot of back and forth.  In the end there was a conversation that left me very unsettled about the truthfulness of the ladies that run this business and our trust level was compromised.  I would not recommend them for a regular cleaning service.

Very well, the team was very efficient and thorough. They cleaned every inch of our home to "new" status.

5 woman team performed all cleaning tasks as requested.  Showed up on time and worked efficiently and professionally. Explained all the cleaning materials they used and really did a very thorough job. I would recommend.

Overall this was a treat experience and I would definitely use them again.

They charge by the job, depending on what you need done. The pricing is very good. They always check back with you to make sure you were happy. The girl that did the cleaning did a good job as well. My experiences with them have been good. I will continue to use them in the future.
