Rod Smith and his crew, Ray, Brad, and Kenny are true professionals when it comes to taking out and reinstalling this type of equipment. I truly enjoyed watching them perform the tasks at hand. So much so that I'm going to have them do the upstairs unit as well. They'll start with a brand new AC pad, unit and handler. Their work is professional as I stated, and the area is spic and span when they leave for the day. This report was completed by James Kern, --- the homeowner.

Our AC went out on Saturday evening during the Memorial Day weekend. We called around 9:00 am on Sunday - he said he had another service call ahead of us and would be out at 11:00am. He showed up a couple of minutes early, and almost immediately, it started to rain. He didn't miss a beat - just got an umbrella out of his vehicle and kept working and we were up and running again in about 20 minutes. In addition to the excellent service, he was very pleasant, courteous and professional. We were very pleasantly surprised to find someone who could come out so promptly and complete the job at such a reasonable price, most especially on a holiday weekend!
