Broke his own contract by quitting and not giving 30 days notice. Over charged his own contracted price. Got upset as his new hired help didn't leave his car and was on property only 8-12 minutes. Cameras caught him. Not enough time to clean pool, check/correct chemicals for both pool & spa. Had to make an emergency visit as weekly rentals were coming on Saturday. Pool chemicals were out of balance. Had to spend $156.84 to balance chemicals. He still thinks we owe $160 while pool had scum around insides. I wouldn't swim in it and neither did I want my vacationers. Don't hire Richard. He has horrible business morals (or lack thereof).

We had our pool refinished and needed someone to cure it for several weeks since we do not live locally. Rick who owns Top Priority Pools was recommended and he did not disappoint. Did a great job and our pool looks wonderful . We will definitely be using him for our pool and hot tub when our rentals end this fall!
