+ -1 moreHe was supposed to come out this year to provide an updated estimate from last years estimate and to discuss the project. He was very busy, didn't allow enough time to talk to me and just expected me to say yes, but he did not come out prepared with the previous estimate. I never got a follow up call.
Description of Work: David came out last year and provided an estimate and I wanted to talk to him about getting the project done this spring but did not come prepared.
