He comes out anytime and sometimes can give troubleshooting tips over the phone. He's not expensive, trustworthy, and very nice.

We were very impressed with Mr. Israel. He gave us an estimate and it was the same -- did not add to it. On Friday afternoon gave us a time on Monday he would install a new electric water heater. On Monday he showed up at the time he specified. Answered all our questions and was very helpful. Would definitely hire again for any plumbing needed.
