They were pretty good and did pretty good. I felt like they did a good job. The dehumidifier is still working three years later and I have not had any mold problems. I remember tracking them down one day and I was not happy about it.

Basement Waterproofing
This company was outstanding in every way. The major cost of installation was for the industrial dehumidifier. The cost of labor and installation was very resonable, but most of all it was professionally installed and completed on the day they promised to show up. Martin Peery was a outstanding contact and advisor to our mold issue and solved our problem completely. Martin did NOT come in during the first inspection and tell us we had a tremendous problem and we needed all his services all at once at some crazy price.
I had to have installed an drain system also but not by Moldstoppers and Martin was very flexible in doing partial work around during the installation of the drain system. Then Martin called two weeks prior to coming for the final install of work to say his "A" team was tied up and could not make the date we agreed upon and would like to reschedule. I agreed and the truely "
A" team arrived at the agreed upon date and performed an outstanding install. I have already recommended Martin and team to many others in my area that are having the same issues. Don't waist your time with companies that say they can fix your problem. Moldstoppers specializes in these areas and will do the job right at a reasonable cost. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am about this company. Not many companies like this left in the market place. Honest, customer oriented and professional.
