Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
My house was built in 2001 and sits on a golf course in one of the most restricted areas in Pinehurst, The owner of the company knows the building code chapter and verse. His 10 employees work tirelessly and with devotion. I met them all and never hesitated to hand them the keys. They came in under budget. It was a total demolition inside AND outside. Every rotten stick of wood was replaced. Load bearing posts were moved and painted properly. They filed all the EXTENSIVE documentation required by the Village. Don Lawrence supervised the day to day. He is a perfectionist. Contacting him was never a problem. ezpz If you need pictures it's best to contact them directly.
