Bob's colleague, Carol Carlyle was assigned to handle the settlement. We encountered problems when the seller did not vacate the property timely. Carol took charge of the situation when the seller's agent did absolutely nothing. I can't say enough about Fore Properties. Bob was attentive to our needs while in Hawaii and working with Carol was a pleasure. Don't be fooled by high profile real estate agents and their billboards. Fore Properties is superior.
