vacuum cleaners
+ -1 moreDaniel went out of his way to help me out which the dealer didn't do. He is professional and kind. They are good about staying in touch with me and letting me know where things are at.
Description of Work: I purchased a Miele vacuum from another dealer. They are very expensive. It got to where it would turn off. The sensor was malfunctioning. I took it to the dealer. I waited forever for a hose. I went to Vacuum City. Daniel let me borrow a hose while I waited. Daniel went out of his way to help me out. The hose came in but it needs to be repaired. He let me borrow a different vacuum until the hose is fixed. I had to purchase a filter. I haven't paid for the hose.
