It is June of 2012 (not even 3 years later) and the window sills look like they did when I moved in, almost worse, and the chimney needs repairs where the wood is warping on both sides. The caulk is cracked and split up the sides of the chimney at all meeting points. I called and told them what was happening, they came out and looked at everything, then told me it would cost me around $700.00, more to repair everything.It was my understanding that they were using really good wood and would not have to worry about this, however, 3 years later here I am with chimney repairs again and my window sills need to be repainted. I tried to explain this should not be happening and they explained to me it was the sun that did this and it was my responsibility for fixing it. The rest of my house is fine and the sun beats down on it... I was furious and was very unhappy. I was ripped off and cheated because I was a new home owner and a woman. I will never use them again and feel like they should have come back to fix their very poor job from less than 3 years ago!
