Air conditioner was blowing out warm air. Air conditioner working very well once again. Based on the age, Tripp's could have easily said it was time for a new unit. Thank you for your honesty and quick response. I have been dealing with them for over 30 years.

Had to order the motor which took several days.   Work was done efficiently.

Initially had them do a service on another property to observe and see how it went, which was well. I obtained 4 estimates for same unit and found Tripp's to be very competitive. Scheduled install. Received exact price as quoted for a new 2 ton unit. I asked for a specific unit be installed and that's what I got. Work was done professionally, unit looks great and did well during this cold winter. I did have to call back next day after I smelled gas in the vicinity of the unit. They responded immediately and found/fixed the leak...Office staff very knowledgeable and responsive..(Vicki and Kristy) . I would definitely use them in the future.

Came quickly. Had to order a part but got back quickly. No debris or trash left from service. Great folks.

Got started after coming out and giving an estimate. Price was very reasonable. Unit was first class. Neighbors even responded that unit was very nice. Did everything as expected. Very happy with service. Would use again.

I have used Tripp and Sons in the past to service my A/C unit and they have always done outstanding work. The technician thoroughly inspected and cleaned the unit and recharged the compressor. He described to me what he did and made sure that everything was cleaned up before he left. They are very professional, courteous and thorough and would not hesitate to call them again.

We spent probably between $500 and a $1000 on that service. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They showed up when they were supposed to, got the job done, cleaned up and were out of here. Their pricing was reasonable. We sure would use them again if needed.

His name is Mark Tripp and his father owns the business. My mom is 92 and I have sent them over to do some stuff at her house. My sister also uses them. They are excellent people. He is an excellent young man. I am retired military and I recognize when I see good manners, good work and excellent integrity. He did what he said he was going to do. Mark Tripp is a man of integrity. He knows his business. He left my yard as he found it after he performed his task.
