Condo was filthy, The blue carpeting and throw rugs were gray brown with enbeded dirt. Refrigerator was rusty and ice maker broken. Having a ice maker was the principle reason for renting this condo. Kitchen stove was rusty and dirty. Recliner cover was so filthy we would not sit in it. Living room mirror look like it had saliva smear all over it. Outdoor balconcy chairs once white now gray with dirt and we had to clean them in order to use them. Kitchen stainless steel sink dull from layers of dirt. A lick and a swipe will not clean kitchen sinks. The kitchen floor was filthy with enbeded dirt. The floor around the master bedroom toilet was stained from lack of good cleaning practices. Let me say this - everything was vacuum, both bathroom sinks, toilet and tubs were clean. I went back to the real estate agency and complained about the bad conditions. They wanted us to vacate the condo for a whole day and they would clean it. (Just where we going to spend a whole day waiting to get back into the condo). They did offer to send over a repairman to fix the ice maker. Repairman never showed up. Realty would not put us in a cleaner condo. Request that cost be reduced to $500 because of filty conditions. All requests were refused and they did not see a problem.
