I am very pleased with the service. Never had a problem, and things are done right, the first time. They bend over backwards to help, and always go the extra mile. This is NOT the "shady" mechanic you are wary of, but a service provider who makes lifelong customers from his first contact. I strongly urge anyone to use this service.

He actually didn't charge us for the last visit. The dealership wanted to charge us $1000 worth of stuff that we didn't need. We took it to Rick's, and he fixed it for us for free. We would recommend him.

Dropped compact vehicle in the morning for a same day oil change. Facility was not welcoming, and had to holler into the work bay for assistance. By the late afternoon called to see if was completed, mechanic was confused about which vehicle was mine, and whether it was there or not. At checkout, the $45 price on a basic oil change seemed excessive, especially with no additional perks to justify the large price tag. The man checking me out tried to pass it off as a 'deal.' Something as small as a carpet vacuum and window wash would have made the price seem more reasonable. Will not bring my car back there again.

"We apologize to our customer for the misunderstanding. We use only Semi-Synthetic grade oil, as per required by manufactures recommendations. Our oil changes will go 7500 miles instead of conventional 3000 miles. We adhere to a higher standard of vehicle maintenance. If this was not explained completely, again, we apologize. If this customer will come back to our shop, we will gladly make it right. Our goal is to make all our customers as comfortable as possible with our services. If ever there is a problem, please bring it to our attention immediatly, and everything we can do to correct the mistake. will be done."
