After 5 months away my wife returned to our home to find two large dead patches of grass, one of which was about 6 feet by 2 feet. This was obviously caused by the mower blades being set too low, and as the mower drove over the small rise in my yard, it took the grass down to the dirt. Also, the small cherry tree in the middle of our front yard is nearly dead- the leaves are brown and beginning to curl. In the first month, they mowed over a sprinkler head, chopping it right off. They replaced it as expected free of charge. Two months ago a neighbor called and told us that a large branch had fallen into the yard. My wife contacted the landscaper and they said they would get rid of it for free. Guess what? It's still there. It would be fine if they had said they wouldn't be able to dispose of it, because then we would have gotten someone else to pick it up. I expected to come home to my yard in better condition than that which I left it. I've emailed them twice and they haven't responded. On their website they state that they are prompt in responding to customers, they deal with complaints immediately and without complaint, and they have the highest standards. This is simply not the case. I may reconsider changing the scores on this posting if they ever get back to me and resolve this issue.
Description of Work: They were paid to come to my home twice a month while I was gone to care for the landscaping including, adjusting the sprinklers as needed, mowing the lawn, and edging.
