I had a water leak in the interior of my car. Water was all over my floorboard. The owner of Autoweb was able to find the source of the leak, repair it and then remove all the water from my interior and followed up by cleaning my car. He was honest and thorough.

Took my VW to Sears to get a front end aligned. They told me in order to align it I would have to pay almost a thousand dollars in in repairs before they could align it. I was shocked because I just spent 800.00 2 months ago repairing the same problem while I was traveling in Florida. So I took it to Key West AutoWeb and they repaired the car for less than 300 including the alignment. They showed me each part that Sears said needing replaced and they were all the new parts I just put on two months ago. I did have to replace the sway bar links but my total repair with alignment was under 300.00 I live on a limited budget and I have 4 cars in my household. I know where I will always send my cars from now on. They were professional, and fast! Thank you Autoweb because my family really could use the money that you saved us. Thanks.
