When I called the company, Mr. Hudler returned my call and set up an appointment for the next morning - a Saturday. When he knew he was running a bit late, he called to tell me and showed up when he said he would. He determined the thermostat needed to be replaced and said he would order it and call when the part was in. Monday morning, he called to say it was in stock and he showed up on time to replace it. My refrigerator and freezer have been working fine ever since. Both Mr. Hudler and his assistant were polite, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
