This company was referred to us by a friend in our neighborhood who has used him twice. The project entailed extending the rear of the house which would allow another large guest room, enlarging the master suite and master bath to accommodate a new jet tub and 6x6 steam room/shower, the living room and kitchen were combined to make a more "airy" feeling. The kitchen was a total re-do and allowed for a large breakfast nook that could easily seat eight. A wrap around porch was also decided after the start of construction (but we brought that up after the fact) which did not add anymore time to the completion date. As I am familiar with contractors, I was completely surprised as how fluid everything went. As you know there are always little issues when your working on an existing home, but "Butch" made us feel like everything was under complete control. During the 6 months of construction I never once had a neighbor complain about anything. If anything we should have complained as most of our neighbors were always dropping in to talk to "Butch" about their own houses. After the main house was completed the outside was re-graded with a new patio and landscaping were installed.
