Poor response time. We called Thursday morning, no call back. We called again Friday,owner said they were slammed, but would try to get to us. Again, no call, no show. They finally called this morning and said they would be here in an hour or 2. More comments of being busy. It takes a minute or less to make a call or text. We will not use this company again.

He was on time. He went in there and fixed it. He came out and gave us a bill. We paid him and he left. It wasn't a negative experience. The ring is around $16-$20, but he has to take the commode out; so the price was reasonable.
