 + -1 morePoor response time. We called Thursday morning, no call back. We called again Friday,owner said they were slammed, but would try to get to us. Again, no call, no show. They finally called this morning and said they would be here in an hour or 2. More comments of being busy. It takes a minute or less to make a call or text. We will not use this company again.
Description of Work: After 3 days, technician tightened a faucet. Replaced a washer that was fine, just to make it seem that something was repaired.

 + -1 moreHe was on time. He went in there and fixed it. He came out and gave us a bill. We paid him and he left. It wasn't a negative experience. The ring is around $16-$20, but he has to take the commode out; so the price was reasonable.
Description of Work: We used Chris Woolley Plumbing to change the seal under the toilet.

 + -1 moreHe was punctual and did good work. His service was excellent, and I would use him again.
Description of Work: I used Chris Woolley plumbing. He moved a water line for a shower, and installed the shower parts. He moved the sink water line, and installed the sink. He did what ever you need to do to get a shower running.
