The Grounds Guys of Garner

I would not recommend this company to anyone! They preform subpar work, improper installation of Metal edging with gaps between 1/2 to 2 inches in most areas! We had clean up after each service from their crew member scattering mulch everywhere! Blew clipping in new mulch and/or would not blow off all areas or didn’t bag at all after mowing as requested! Charged us for coming back out to our house for fixing concerns and areas they missed. They claim to have turn key service, I promise you they don’t!!!! In the last month we have paid all our invoices well in advance of the due date because we understand the pandemic our world is in right now! We lived up to our obligation as a customer. They did not live up to there’s as a company and the owner blamed us for all the issues! They charged us also 50.00 more than any new quote we have recently received!!! Please beware and shop around! I have since heard they lost a number of other houses in our neighborhood for the same issues!!!! Thank God we only dealt with the company less than a month!! Owner didn’t even want to address the concerns or come by to see his crew subpar work!!! Also in email admitted to quality issues in the past - I have pics and video if anyone is interested in seeing prior to hiring them!
