carpet installation
 + -1 moreI had used this company previously for carpet installation and I was satisfied. The 2nd time that I called for carpet installation, I was not satisfied. The owner came out and refused to install carpet since the carpet was in 3 pieces and not in 1 long piece. I asked owner to install the padding, but he indicated that he needed to wait until I had gotten another carpet. I did not understand the owner's requests, but I told him I would get the additional carpet next week. The owner billed me$60.00, although no service was rendered. He told me that I had to pay him the $60.00 for him coming to my home. I paid the $60.00 because I wanted to use them to complete the job. I was unable to reach them by phone the next week, and had to use a different company.
