Jeff and Robin do good work and built a deck for me and I trusted them enough to hire them again for some trim work. We had a flood and they were hired to replace some trim for me. The work was good quality and priced fairly HOWEVER I have to give a poor grade for not returning as promised to complete the work he was paid to do. He told me he was running low on cash and asked if I could go ahead and pay him to complete the job. He completed my deck without an issue so I trusted him and his word and he would come back to complete the job. The problem is he did not come back to finish the final pieces of trim and a toe kick on cabinetry after being paid. I called and sent a text and he said he would come finish up and he just blew me off and the work he was paid for was never completed.
