They are a local company who is awesome to work with. We have been using their services for about three years. They come when they are supposed to. They have a dedicated technician who services our home.

They are very reliable. They are very professional.

I like doing more business with them. They are fine. I would say they are average. I have not had any problems with them. In terms of customer service, they are at par in this area. I would use them again in the future.

We have been very pleased with them. They do what they say they're going to do, when they're going to do it. Also, my sister-in-law was visiting and she slept in the bed. She thought she was bitten by bed bugs. I called Clegg's because not only do they do termites, but they also do pest control. Somebody came out here within an hour and a half. They checked for bed bugs and they said there weren't any. He didn't charge me anything. I was very impressed by that. They could have charged me, and I would have paid them. I thought that was very, very nice. They do charge a set price for termite inspection and I think it's neither higher or lower than other people charge. I think it is sort of the norm, which is fine.
