This was one of the worst companies I've ever worked with.  I hired Carolina Curb Appeal to cut my lawn every other weeks and paid them for two months in advance.  They came and cut my lawn the first time and it was fine.  The second time they failed to come and I pointed it out to Jonny Creech who responded with an extremely rude e-mail.  He explained that they had just cut my lawn the previous week and if I had special requests I should have thought about that sooner.  I pointed out that they did not cut my lawn the previous week and that it had been two weeks since the last cut.  He apologized and even admitted that he had been rude.  They came out and cut my lawn.  Exactly two weeks later, they again failed to come out and cut my lawn and he once again told me that it had just been cut when it had not.  He then refused to come out and cut my lawn for another week (now three weeks between cuts) because he said he only cuts twice a month and not every other week.  That is not the deal that we agreed upon.  On top of that, it was the first Thursday of the month and not the third, so there was no reason for him NOT to cut my lawn.  He then got EXTREMELY nasty in his e-mails and threatened to sue me for slander when I told him that my neighborhood will hear about how he treated me.  He boasted about how he has a lawyer and has won cases for slander before so I better keep my mouth shut.  It was probably the MOST unprofessional e-mail I've ever received from a business.  All in all, this was a horrible company.  They failed to meet their contract, they were unable to keep a schedule and most of all they were extremely unprofessional.  DO NOT hire this company.
