"Hello Joy, I'm sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately we did not satisfy you with our service. We always try our best to provide the best customer service to each of our clients, but sometimes you can not satisfy some clients no matter how far you go for them. When you ask for our service, we were very clear with you and your husband in the quote about the price, which is why we made an agreement which you and your husband read before you signed and agreed with everything stated in the agreement but you guys made some changes at the last minute and added more work that was not included in the agreement and we gave you a separate price for the extra work, which you agreed to. We would never force you and your husband to do something you do not approve of. That is why we have proof of the paper you signed and we have pictured and videos of the job we did on your property as proof the job was done right. Your husband was disrespectful towards my team and I have witnesses of that. We never refused our service to you even though we felt disrespected, uncomfortable, and discriminated against. We still went to finish your project. So please, do not defame our company because we are not dishonest, that's why we wrote down everything we were going do to and we gave you a copy as well so you can have it for your record and we have a copy too. The good thing about your comment is that you did not say nothing bad about the work that we did. Thank you for that, we appreciate your business even if you have a bad perception about us.
