He showed same day, pulled the fridge out from the wall, showed me a rusted spot on the back and said it was frozen due to poor insulation from the factory. There was nothing he could do. Then he charged me $100! I ended up calling a repair company on the Frigidaire web site who replaced the seals for $250.

He was able to give me great recommendations for a replacement. He really knows his stuff the brands or whatever.

He was great. Explained everything that was going on. It was the fan in the freezer, which he fixed in good time.

Just out of kindness, he also looked at my wobbly dryer that sits on top of the washer. He did not charge for balancing it. In addition, he unscrewed my oven door and let me clean inside the glass. He did not charge for this, either. Very pleasant man.

Edwin was great. He scheduled a time later in the day and showed up just as promised. He assessed the problem and brought all the right parts. He had the dryer open and parts replaced in under 30 mins. This seemed to be an easy fix but I am sure he would be as prompt and accurate with any job. Highly recommended.

He quickly understands the problem and takes care of it. He is neat, in both his work and appearance, and he gives great advice. He is pleasant, prompt and reasonable. He is my go-to appliance guy!

They were very professional and very honest. They were timely and trustworthy. They had good information and they were reasonably priced. They came out the same day that we called them.

The service was very responsive, professional and incredibly quick. On the dryer, the technician saved us potentially hundreds of dollars by offering to fix the broken barrel with an epoxy application instead of having us order a whole new barrel.

I called that morning, because my washer had stopped, & we had company from Texas, who were refugees from Ike, & they had a lot of washing to do, & we had a lot piled up as well. The man agreed to come that very afternoon. I wasn't present when he came, but my husband was quite happy with his demeanor and conversation, as well as his work.

Called business and told them what I needed. They said they would order the part and contact me when they had it. They called me at work and I met them at my home. He stated the price he had paid for the element and proceeded to install it. No complaints about any of this just the price. He spent less than 15 minutes on the job and charged $90 for the service call. My mistake was not asking for an estimate.

I called on Monday morning and was given an afternoon appointment the same day. They arrived on time. The repairman is all business, not a lot of chit chat, but is very professional. He explains what the problem is and what it will take to fix it. I have used this company before and fully intend to use them for any repairs I may need in the future.

Edwin was very explicit about what was wrong with my washing machine and he didn't talk down to me.

Kenmore refrigerator/freezer stopped working late the day before. We made an appointment for repair on line with another company, but they called Friday morning to say noon was available and it would be 5 days before they could make a service call. I looked for names on Angie's List and called Asheville Appliance Repair. The repairman answered and asked where I lived. He said he was near here on another call, but would postpone it because our malfunctioning refrigerator was an emergency. He arrived within half an hour. He was courteous, working neatly, quickly and efficiently and had the repair completed in about half an hour. It was such a relief to find a repair service that took our needs into consideration and promptly solved the problem. I could not have asked for better treatment. I highly recommend this service.
