They have been out several times because I have an old system. They told me last August it was an old system, and if I just called them once a year to re-charge the system, that it would last another 6-7 years rather than having to replace it all. If I have to replace it, it will be a major replacement. They are really, really good. They help you and look out for you. They don't try to gouge you.
