The owner had great vision and outstanding suggestions. He was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and did an absolutely beautiful job which many neighbors have taken photos ofcas they walk pass our home.

I tried to reach them using Angieslist messages and email. But no luck getting them to perform the task. They had email me saying "We can go tomorrow if that's a going option for you. Tomorrow after 1:00pm" on 08/10 but they did not show up. I wanted for the complete afternoon and wasted my time. I tried emailing them again but no luck reaching to them. No way for my to get my money back as well.

Went great, the guys did a wonderful job. They took the time to talk me through the system and gave me some good advice about upkeep.

I was surprised to get a message from Antonio a week earlier than expected, saying he was already at my house. I had faith in the other reviews that I thought everything would go fine. I came home and was so very pleased by what I found. The lawn was mowed, the bushes pruned back, the plant beds weeded - in the five years of owning my house I don't think my landscaping looked this good. The backyard, which was completely unwalkable and forest-like, has been completely cleared. I was so happy by Antonio's work. The tree limb we had talked about was still there, but honestly, it didn't look bad after all of the other work that was done. I would definitely hire Antonio again.

Not well. After several failed attempts to contact them, only after finally launching a complaint on the Angie's List site did I get a call-back. I thought that was a good sign. He showed up the next day, and we spent 2 1/2 hours surveying the condition of the system. It became apparent to both of us that he would need to return on another day to do the job, once I was able to pick up some of the spare parts required. I promptly purchased all the necessary parts, and called him back immediately to set up another time for him to return. I have contacted him every day since Thursday, June 15, to try to arrange for him to return and complete the job, with no response. At this point, I am fed up with Landa's Landscaping, and no longer want to interact with them. I would simply ask for a refund of my $75 investment, as I will seek out another contractor to do the job.

It took over a month to get the work done. When they did show up, I didn't know that they were coming that day. I never spoke Antonio, ever. I emailed several times and left a voice message once. He never asked me what I wanted done to my yard. I didn't realize that I didn't get to choose. I have 1.3 acres, so there are many things that could've been done in a 6 hour period. Landa's did come to my house and perform 6 hours of landscaping services. The work they did looks very nice, except it isn't what I wanted them to do. The areas I wanted weeded look ok, but there are a few spots that were missed. I'm just confused how they could come out, do work, and never find out what I wanted done in my yard. Now, I've got to pay another person to put out the mulch I bought. Like I said, the yard looks great. They trimmed shrubs, trees, etc. It's just not the work I'd have chosen.

We got off to a bit of a rough start; communication was likely a significant factor. When I emailed this company, he (Antonio) quickly responded with 'I'll be at your house tomorrow', which I appreciated but I hadn't spoken with him about what work I needed them to do. I work all day, and so I needed to work mostly via email and text, although I did have a friend come over to the house that day so that at least someone would be home. My friend called me in a bit of a panic, saying that they were 'cutting too much'. I spoke with Antonio on the phone, but I was not able to really convey what I did or did not want him to do. I then had to use my lunch hour to drive home to meet with him personally. Once I was able to meet him in person and walk around the property to point out things, it all went well. Ultimately, I felt they cut a bit too much, but it's not bad (it grew on me). Overall, they really did a nice job for a good price, but I was a bit concerned with the initial communication. If you are able to meet him in person, I think you may be pleased with the company and their work.

Antonio and his crew completed the work quickly and exactly to our expectations. I would definitely recommend them.

There were 5 zones, the first four zones were carefully adjusted to work correctly. Several heads had to be cleaned or replaced. The 5th zone didn't come on during testing. It turned out that the 5th zone had issues with the sensor valve and a broken PVC line. I was very pleased with the work that was done and had no reservations scheduling Landa Landscaping to come back to repair both.

Landa's landscaping is owned and operated by Antonio Landa. Antonio has worked with us for 15 years and I was Antonio's very first customer when he started his own business. Antonio and his team are dedicated to customer service, have great attention to detail and the proof is in the results! People driving by our house regularly stop to ask who takes care of our yard - it happens all the time and what a testament to the outstanding work they do. Antonio will tailor a program to suit your special needs and there is practically no project he won't take on- tree work, sod, planting, irrigation, TLC, lawn, garden and driveway maintenance, etc. Antonio is more than a service provider- I consider him a trusted friend who cares deeply about his customers and doing things the right way to ensure your total satisfaction with the work he performs.

He is always excellent! He is flexible if I need to change my day of service and helps out if I need other things done, like clean up after a wind or ice storm.

Great! Antonio was available to do the work quickly, gave us a great price, and did the weeding, trimming, and repair to our existing irrigation system exactly as discussed. We were so pleased that we are using Landa for our continued maintenance of our yard.

The work has been terrific!   The crew and Antonio give maximum attention to details.  They come early and work (one night in the dark) to get the job done.  
I would very highly recommend Landa's - they are a full service Landscaping company.  We will definitely use them again.
