Fine. They replaced it after doing a thorough analysis to make sure that just a repair wasn't in order. Very courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and helpful. They trained us on how to thoroughly vacuum under the refrigerator, which we had never done before.

In April, Carlos came right away when my refrigerator died and I had a house full of grandchildren and guests. He replaced my old model with a new one which fit better in the space and had a lot more features than my old refrigerator. He went over how to use the new model and teased me about holding on to an out-of-date appliance that had long out lived its usefulness . In June, Carlos again came to the rescue when I needed to replace the water filter on the refrigerator. He came very quickly and installed a new filter. Since I bought a new refrigerator from him, I am not sure how much he would have charged for his service if I had had the refrigerator repaired. So the service charge posted may not reflect a true cost of service. Although their prices for new appliances may be a bit higher than others, they provide quick, reliable service. For me, it's worth having good service once I purchase an appliance. I am fed up with companies that provide poor, or no service, once I make a purchase. (One such well known appliance company schedules repair visits through their representatives in the Philippines.) I would rather do business with a reliable local company and with people who take pride in having happy customers than with having the cheapest repairs or bargain-priced appliances. You won't be disappointed in doing business with Cockman's Appliance Company--and getting to know Carlos.

They are awesome people. On the last visit I spent $125. I had just gotten back. I had been out of town on a 14-day business trip. I had a mountain of laundry to do. He could the hysteria in my voice and he scheduled to come out the first thing the very next morning. He got me up and running. It was great. He did not have to do it and I appreciated it. I will use this provider again in the future.

They are just awesome. The owner came out and worked on the washer and dryer. He has been out to work on it before. He was very reasonable and quite delightful. They're extremely accommodating. He goes the extra mile to be flexible for what we need.
