He raised the price on the property and, even after commission, he got more for the lot than we would have when it was listed as For Sale By Owner. It was a very desirable lot, and as soon as he listed it, he had buyers lined up. He handled everything, and kept us from getting tied up in the negotiations. He took it and ran with it and did a great job. He is very sharp, and made the process very easy for us. We have referred him to several other people, who are all very happy with him so far as well.
