HOUSEMASTER HOME INSPECTION

Ken and Susan are professionals.  Ken works the field inspections and Susan handles the office.  He arrived early and was fully prepared with all equipment necessary.   Ken was thorough, took lots of pictures and was taking verbal notes in a hand-held recorder.   He spent time with us discussing what he found.  A detailed report arrived the next day via email and another was available online for us to view/print.   Hiring Ken was money well spent.  After we were fully aware of the problems the house had, we decided not to go forward with the purchase.  Ken saved us a headache and home-ownership of a money pit.  We would absolutely hire him again in the future

Ken was EXCELLENT! He was very professional, prompt, informative, and nice. He and his wife own this franchise. She answers the phone and makes his appointments. She too is very knowledgeable about the process. I asked them to negotiate on their price based on other quotes I'd gotten. They did. He was about an hour early for our scheduled inspection and spent the time inspecting the outside of the home. He took great pictures, was very detailed, and sat with me after the inspection to talk about what he saw. The report arrived the next day via email and is available online to review/print. I was having trouble with the buyer's inspector for the home I was selling so I called Ken for a second opinion. He came out THAT day and reviewed the areas in question. He did NOT charge me for this trip! After moving into my new home I received a thank you letter with address labels and a complementary picture of my new home that he'd taken at the time of the inspection. I HIGHLY recommend Ken!
