It took him 2 hours. We did not think the price was bad, plumbers are not cheap, but not being from this state we could not compare it.

He was able to come out on the same day I called when he finished the job he was on.  He had all the parts he needed with him and did the work in a reasonable amount of time.  Last year when I had a water pipe on my back porch freeze and burst he told me over the phone to turn on all the faucets to create less pressure and call the city to turn off the water since there was no indoor turnoff to that pipe.  He arrived promptly and replaced the ruptured pipe and gave me advice to prevent future problems.  I have been very satisfied with his work and how he communicates what needs to be done.
