They fixed it even though we were not customers and it was still under warranty so it did cost us a fortunate. They did not have to honor the warranty but they did. We stayed with them and now have a maintenance program with them.

It wasn't a very expensive repair, but they did have to replace a little part in it. He came out, and figured out what the problem was. He found a coupon online, and asked me if I wanted to use it. He did a $10 or 10 percent off. They honored the coupon and I will probably use them again to come out and take care of me. They put a sticker on it. They had quick response time. When I called, I think they were on another call, and they said they were in range. It was quick, and they came out within an hour of me calling. He said that they had someone over here all of the time and they have certain people working different areas.

I called Childers heating and cooling in kings mountain. A van from Shelby heating & air conditioning pulled up.There was a $136 cost for the first 30 min. That is OK especially on a Sunday. I was told that parts would cost double on Sundays. I'm OK with that. When he charged me $278 for a part that I can buy for $12-14 (their cost is less) I am UPSET!

Everyone at this office that I spoke to on the phone was very courteous and accommodating. (I tried to book them through Angie's List, but no joy.) I called them directly, explained the problem and they gave me a prompt appointment within the same week. The repair person called before he showed up to 1. let us know he was on his way and 2. double-check the directions. It took him less than 10 minutes to diagnose the problem (the capacitor was broken). He had the part in his vehicle and had the air up and running before 10 more minutes were up. I was very please with the service and the price and will use them again if I have any other problems with my heat pump.

Went great. Came one day and added coolant to the unit. Air conditioner worked for two days and it again it stopped cooling. We called the company back and they came out and changed out a coil on the unit. They did not charge us an additional fee to come the second time although it was a different problem. They fixed this problem in a timely fashion and we've be cool every since. The workers were very polite, professional, and efficient.

I never had a problem with them. I have also had them do work at our other home very very happy with them. I just thought that they were reliable. You are not from the south, I can't tell you the number of people that I have had say that they would be somewhere at Wednesday after lunch and I just failed to ask them which Wednesday because people are notoriously vague for relax about keeping appointments and I had to say that Shelby always did that and kept me informed when they were unable to get a part. I waited six weeks, but I always felt like it was not their fault and they were on top of it and it was warranty part and they took control over. I would use them again. I would refer people to them.

The service is always great. The two components that he changed were pricey in part cost, but they always do a good job. $50 for a service call is great.
