If I could give them higher than an A rating, I would! Over the past 2 years, we've went under contract on four houses, and we used JW Ramsey and Son for every single one. Mr. Ramsey is affordable, punctual, professional, willing to work with you as much as possible, and is just EXCELLENT in general. He was VERY thorough, answered all of our (many) questions, and on top of all that is Just. Dang. Likable. We (finally) found a house worth buying this time but if I ever need another inspection, I will definitely call them again!
